Welcome to the Chocolate-Face Grace blog, a new mostly weekly mini-comic from the brains of Rob Walton & Grace Walton: a comic about a father and daughter written by a father and daughter. I've decided to set things up on this blog while the official website is being built. I know putting material of this kind on a blog may not be the best way to showcase a mini-comic in terms of ease of access, but what the hey, it's only for a short while so I'm begging your indulgence. I've never done things the orthodox way, so why start now? Grace and I have had a good time producing these stories. I hope you have a good time reading them. I look forward to seeing this comic evolve and grow. For ease of reference I refer to it as "Calvin and Hobbes for girls" but it's much more than that as I hope you'll see. Glad to have you with us!

Rob Walton is a writer and cartoonist living in Toronto, Canada. He has worked in animation since 1991 as a designer, story board artist, and supervising director. He entered the field of comic books in 1987 with his one shot, Pork knight. He followed that up with the cult hit, The Devil's Hammer, a three issue Grendel Tale for Dark Horse Comics. In 2006 he completed Ragmop, a 400 page graphic novel. Often described as indescribable, it is a grand satire of the world we live in. Ragmop was nominated for two Eisner Awards and two Joe Shuster Wards. In 2011 it was listed as one of the 1001 comics you must read before you die in in Paul Gravett’s 1001 Comics You Must Read Before You Die: The Ultimate Guide to Comic Books, Graphic Novels and Manga.
